Cancellation:
Under our standard cancellation policy, we
require notification by telephone, 72 hours
prior to your arrival, by noon. However, we
require fourteen days notice, also by noon
on the day of notification, during local special
events. If you have a question about when
local events take place, simply call us toll-free
at 1.800.803.6170. There
is a 10% fee on any cancellation.
A reservation is a contract
between you and our establishment, please
honor it as you would expect us to honor our
commitment. If for any reason you do not cancel
by telephone, 72 hours prior to your arrival,
or 14 days during special events, you will
be charged the price of your guaranteed reservation.

Use of this form does NOT assure you a reservation.
Details on Rates: All rates are based
on double occupancy. If more than two people
will occupy the room, there is an additional
charge for each person over 12 who will be
staying.
Check-in time is 2:00pm; check-out time
is 11:00am. No refunds on early departures
Smoking: Amanda's Village Motel is
proud of our non-smoking policy since 2003.
Rooms where patrons have smoked require additional
efforts to clean before our next guests arrive,
so if you are a smoker, please be considerate
and step outside before lighting up. Violation
of this policy will result in a non-negotiable
$100 surcharge, and you will be asked to leave.
Dogs are welcome, but with the following
restrictions:
- We must know in advance if you will be bringing
your dog
- Dogs must not be left unattended at any
time, unless crated.
- You are responsible for any injury, bother,
or damage caused by your dog
- Patrons must respect the local leash laws,
and always clean up after their dogs
- Any damages to the room will be charged
to the patron
- Any other types of pets besides dogs are
not permitted |
